Renovation in Charlotte Metro
We renovate suitable existing residential saunas across Charlotte Metro in NC and SC, with attention to performance, comfort, durability, and architectural character.
Plan your remodel ↗A focused transformation
Keep what works.
Upgrade what doesn’t.
We assess the existing construction first, then define the right scope for the envelope, interior, equipment, airflow, lighting, glass, and finishes.
Before & after
One sauna.
A completely new ritual.
Move the divider to compare the same residential sauna before and after a complete SIBERIA Custom Sauna remodel.
Before
AfterWhat we can update
Performance,
comfort, and atmosphere.
Every remodel begins with an inspection of the existing sauna. We then recommend what can be retained, repaired, replaced, or coordinated; the final scope depends on the condition of the room and its systems.
Electrical, plumbing, and other regulated trade work is coordinated with appropriately licensed professionals when required.
- Interior paneling replacement
- New benches & backrests
- Insulation improvements where appropriate
- Vapor-barrier improvements where appropriate
- Ventilation improvements
- Lighting updates
- Heater replacement or coordination
- Glass doors & walls
- Flooring improvements
- Layout and aesthetic upgrades
